How do I activate my software?

Activation Instructions:

  • Click the Activation icon  in the Menu Bar
  • Enter the Serial Number you received via email
  • Click Next

How do I uninstall my software?

Uninstall Instructions:

  • Close the Stellar program (if open).
  • Click the Start icon.
  • Click All Programs (or Programs).
  • Click on the Stellar application Folder.
  • Click on the ‘Uninstall” icon.
  • Click “Yes” to Uninstall the program.

Windows Data Recovery now Version 9.0

If you recently purchased Stellar Data Recovery and your license key not work, please make sure you are using the new version 9.0.

1. Uninstall the old version;
2. Download and install the version you purchased;
3. Activate with your license key.
